Today I am joining in the current Retro Rubber challenge, which is to use flowers.
Yet another 'found' pre-prepped background ( I must run out soon...??), which was run through an embossing folder and over-inked with Distress Oxides.
So I stamped the image onto a die-cut panel (SU Butterfly Basics, from around 4 years ago, I think). The coloured with various alcohol markers in yellows and greens. I am very pleased with it, must do a few more in different colourways, I think it will be suitable for several sentiments.

See you tomorrow!
I love that you inked over your embossed panel and the softness of your inking is lovely. Compliments your flower image so well. Thanks for joining us at Retro Rubber this time. Claire DT
ReplyDeleteI love the subtle inking of the folder - found or not! It's always nice when one of the things in the bits box turns out to be useful. Butterfly Basics - wow - good to see that again. It's one of my all-time favourites. Thanks for joining in with us at Retro Rubber Challenge.
ReplyDeleteLove the embossing and inking on the background of your card. Love how the flower makes your card pop. Thank you for joining Retro Rubber Challenge Blog.
